I have always had a passion for telling stories and communicating ideas in order to promote a better, more equitable future. My identity as an Iranian-American woman has emboldened me to propel social issues forward in everything I do, from my research focused on the intersection of history, identity, and policy, to my leadership positions at the University of Southern California and the West Coast Chapter of Women of Color Advancing Peace and Security (WCAPS). 

I have a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California and speak four languages: Farsi (native), English (native), Spanish and French.

After graduating in three years, I am eager to further my professional career in strategic communications and public affairs work. I am a career and idea driven individual who is looking to work with clients across various sectors (private, non-profit, individuals and campaigns) to drive positive change in our country, and the world, through communications advocacy.
